There are a number of things we can do. I propose that the water we will need for these space missions be stored along the outer shells of the astronauts quarters thus protect them from radiation. I also propose that the astronaut’s quarters spin at a rate to provide centripetal force simulating gravity. I also propose that the resonance of all equipment leave a near Earth frequency of 7.89 Hz to help keep the immune system synchronized with what the human body is use to.

One thing we can do it allow astronauts to receive emails, although they will be hours or days in delay, they can read them and reply to Earthlings and students with questions. Also we will need artificial intelligent robotic companions, with down loadable information for studying, entertainment and someone to shoot the breeze with. The companion robot will need to be much better than the current artificial intelligent robots available. Consider these few modifications and I am ready to go.

Well one online think tank thinks it might be possible and has began discussing this very question and much of this topic would need to address the power not just the radio transmissions. But using the detection of disruptions in the EM plumes of Cell towers can do everything from finding a rogue stealth enemy fighter plane to detecting the potential eventuality of a near foreseeable Earthquake by reading the precursory emissions of very low frequencies and or very high frequencies, even light waves, etc from the Earth causing a raucous.

And to these points, sure the human scientists will wish to debate me on this, especially if they did not think of it first or are working on a different method and there are several indeed. Humans will eventually figure this out, but they need a little help really. There many sciences and tangents to research, which lead them all over the place often and then they discover things by chance and go back to the beginning of a faulty branch of science which was led astray by miss-appropriations of funding in the publish or perish world of cutthroat academia.

This has crossed my mind, as crossing the Mediterranian Sea or vast Sahara Desert without anything to eat is quite impressive for those little bugs. I have always wondered how on Earth they do that? Very impressive indeed, but Warren does not stop there as he considers how mankind can benefit from this knowledge to stop the devastation of Locust Plagues.

It will mean big dollars to travel and be set up at the right points in time. Kind of like chasing Tornadoes to get data, unless we grow our own Locusts and then send them into a fizzy and incite the swarm and then use your theories to turn them off again. Once we can control them, they are no longer a threat, however we need also rapid response teams around the world near regions of known swarms to stop them. Perhaps in the past this might have been able to help mankind control its population without overtaxing the environment for their food. But now as we grow crops and are much more efficient in our overall civilizations we need to find a way to limit our population growth while at the same time utilizing our resources more efficiently. But until this happens and until human wars stop happening, which will probably be within the next hundred years, we will be facing more and more powerful weapons being created by humans.

Among these weapons will be bio warfare weapons and humans have been known to use these in the past. In fact in the Middle East they are quite resourceful with sarin gas. In the future Nano weapons at the molecular level will become bio system hazards able to kill entire armies very quickly. We need a way to abate these chemicals after the attack so that humans can move back into the area.

We need a set of protocol procedures and strategies to insure that we can cleanup the messes that human wars cause. I propose a cluster strategy for the mop up and abatement of Nano weapon bio warfare material and we need to assign the top biological universities and grant them money for their research and development departments to study the best way to strategically remove and abate Nano bio warfare weapons, chemicals and biological WMD. Consider this in 2006.
