Firstly, Nobody can say I’m exactly happy being bored with most men (who isn’t?) and remain an honest woman. But, I’m not unhappy with the reality of life, either. I only mention it here as an intriguing personal tidbit introducing what I will shortly explain in grand style.

Last Monday I met for coffee with Trisha, considering signing up for a Dallas Singles dating service. As of this minute, I stand to each of you as a delightfully single member of the dating service. Totally, I am. I like it! If you’ve been paying attention, you may be wondering, “You totally owe me an explanation.”

Here’s how it went down, I looked at these Great Expectations Reviews and liked what I saw. They’re for quality and professional singles who think dating doesn’t have to be so frivolous and stupid.

Because in all honesty I’d never enjoyed or even tolerated the ridiculous nightlife ritual a lot of singles have named “Dating.” I faced it all the time. Day and night friends pester, “Are you two serious yet?” and “Just get out there and date him!”

“Ugh, and double ugh.” I say to them, smiling ear to ear. “Not after that last blind date you set me up on.”

“Whatever doofus,” they deadpan. “How would you know, you haven’t seen Friday Night Magic in a year!”

That’s just my best friend (she’s the best) hah! Stacey Holland. She beams rational thought to my mind to put me back on course. Caring souls I depend on . She made a good point, so I signed up.

Back to the meaning of this essay. As I picked from hundreds of outfits (hah) and desirable, honest singles for my first date with Great Expectations, something occurred to me that was quite real. For years, I hadn’t entertained any actual great expectations for dating and myself in the fun-filled journey of this world. Being single isn’t so bad, specifically if you use the freedom to date. Holding great expectations works terrifically in dating.
